We are an independent rooms practice situated in the heart historic East Grinstead at the junction of the old High Street and London Road.

Located on the upper ground floor, opposite Judges Close, Mrs Lawrence established her practice in 1984, there has however been an optical practice here since the 1930′s (Dixeys on the ground floor). The practice changed its name to Lawrence i-Care Optometrists with the additions of Mr Adamally and Mrs Malhotra to the team in 2009.

We provide a comfortable, friendly environment combined with some of the latest advances in Ophthalmic technology such as Optical Coherence Tomography to help us provide you superb service.
