Mr Adamally joined the practice on a permanent basis in 2009, prior to which he was a principle Optometrist at Coventry’s UHCW NHS Trust.

Over his ten years of hospital practice he gained a wide range of clinical experience with specialist interests in children’s visual development and those with learning difficulties.

He is an accredited member of BABO, the British Society of Behavioural Optometrists and carries out vision therapy and colour assesments for the visual components of learning difficulties such as dyslexia and dyspraxia as well as conditions such as lazy eye (amblyopia).

Mr Adamally is a member of the BCLA and carries out complex contact lens fitting, dry eye and watery eye management as well as having experience with glaucoma, macular degeneration, low vision treatment, cataract and refractive surgery.

Married in 2009 he loves travelling, fine food and a good game of cricket.

He also completed the London Marathon in 2010 in support of SeeAbility, formerly the Royal School for the Blind, a charity which provides valuable support and services for adults and children who have visual impairment and additional disabilities.
